Mantazh Khanna

Mantazh Khanna

Mantazh Khanna is a neuroscience and mindfulness expert, speaker, researcher, and host of the podcast THINK SHIFT with Mantazh. A Harvard Business School MBA and former corporate leader, she spent nearly two decades leading brands and businesses before turning her focus to understanding the human brain. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Natural Medicine, researching how neuroscience and contemplative practices can strengthen cognitive health and human potential. A cancer survivor and lifelong student of the mind, Mantazh brings together science, lived experience, and practical tools to help people better understand and train their brains for greater resilience, self-awareness, and wellbeing.

Suchandra Roychowdhury

Suchandra Roychowdhury

Author, educator, and travel enthusiast Suchandra Roychowdhury lives in Bayshore, Singapore. She studied English Literature and obtained her Master of Arts from Presidency College before pursuing an MPhil at the University of Calcutta. Her debut novel, "The Shotgun Wedding," was a bestseller for Aleph Book Company and was shortlisted for the Women AutHer Awards 2023 by the Times of India Group. It has since been translated into French, Spanish, and German and displayed at the 2024 Frankfurt Book Fair. She has also written a collection of Bengali plays, "Armani o Jamdani." Her next novel, "Who Lit the First Flame," is scheduled for release in November 2026.

Dr. Anju Sharma

Dr. Anju Sharma

Dr. Anju Sharma is an educator and Hindi scholar with experience across higher education and international schooling. She holds an MPhil and PhD in Hindi and has taught at the University of Delhi. She later transitioned into school education, contributing to the early development of IB Hindi and serving as a global IB examiner. Her career has brought her into collaboration with educators across diverse cultural and academic contexts. Her work reflects a deep commitment to language, learning, values, and the role of education in shaping confidence, perspective, and character.

Dr. Mahasweta Paul

Dr. Mahasweta Paul

Mahasweta Paul, PhD, is a biochemical engineer and Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, specializing in drug-delivery systems, sustainable food, and reactor technologies. She holds a PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from NTU and an MTech in Biotechnology from Jadavpur University, India. Beyond the bench, Dr. Paul is a committed science advocate and founder and advisor to the Society of Women Engineers at NTU. She currently drives community engagement with POWERS to support women in STEM initiatives and has also served as a Lead Curator and Advisor for TEDxNTU. At the intersection of science, people, and possibility, she is interested in how researchers can translate complex ideas into solutions and stories that create meaningful impact.

Sarah Luposo Shongwe

Sarah Luposo Shongwe

Sarah Luposo Shongwe (née Tuke) is a landscape architect and design engineer pursuing a PhD in Climate Adaptation at SUTD, where she is a researcher and design strategist at the Centre for Climate Adaptation's South-East Asian Chapter. Her work focuses on coastal cities facing flooding. A St. Gallen Symposium "Leader of Tomorrow," she has won the Piet Vosloo Prize (2017) and the Tshwane Building Heritage Association Prize (2018), and is passionate about improving cities across the global south.

Uday Singh Yadava

Uday Singh Yadava

Uday Singh Yadava is fascinated by the questions that sit beneath everyday life: what gives us purpose, what makes an idea matter, and how we decide what is worth caring about. A young advocate and storyteller, his interests span youth engagement, education, sustainability, and the ways curiosity can become meaningful action. Through youth-led initiatives and educational communities, he enjoys bringing different perspectives together and making complex ideas feel personal and relevant. He is particularly interested in questions of purpose and identity. Away from his work, Uday is an avid reader of classic literature, with a particular fondness for War and Peace, which he has read cover to cover twice.

Gautam Krishna

Gautam Krishna is a student whose curiosity spans aviation, economics, technology, football and leadership. Believing in learning through experience, his TEDx talk explores Ikigai and challenges the pressure on young people to find one fixed purpose, making the case for curiosity and growth instead.
